Eugene, OR, May 13, 2008 – Rosen Aviation, LLC announces the release of several new products for the business aviation market.

Displays
Enhancing its already comprehensive display line, Rosen recently introduced a new 7” widescreen, and is now pleased to introduce the new 10.4” display.

The 7” WideScreen and 10.4” displays provide higher resolution, clarity, and contrast than their predecessors. Each display has a smaller profile and is significantly lighter than previous versions.

Important features include:

7” WideScreen
• 800 x 480 (WVGA) resolution
• Weighs 1.4 lbs./.635kg

10.4” Display
• 1024 RGB x 768 (XGA) resolution
• Weighs 3.2 lbs/1.45kg (bulkhead option)

Both displays support NTSC, PAL, and SECAM video formats and are tested to the applicable sections of DO-160E.

Headphone Distribution Amplifier
Further advancing its system capabilities, Rosen is also pleased to announce the availability of its new headphone distribution amplifier.

The headphone distribution amplifier is a companion to the RosenView VX, a single unit mapping system/DVD player. These products along with Rosen’s wide variety of displays provide a complete IFE solution for an aircraft. The headphone distribution amplifier has three stereo audio inputs, which can be independently selected for up to eight seat locations. This product also features a pilot microphone input, which overrides all audio signals when activated, and has eight stereo analog outputs, which can be configured per seat.

“The addition of these items to the Rosen product family reflects our commitment to incorporating the latest technology advancements, and to enhancing our in-flight entertainment systems capabilities,” states Jeff Unger, vice president, engineering. “In the near future, we will be releasing our video distribution amplifier, VIP controllers, new HD displays, and a few other surprises.”

Embraer awards Rosen Aviation in-flight entertainment systems agreement for Phenom 100 and 300 aircraft

Eugene, OR, February 1, 2008 – Rosen Aviation, in partnership with Heads Up Technologies and Mid Continent Controls, has been selected by Embraer as the standard option in-flight entertainment system supplier for the Phenom 100 and 300 aircraft.

The center-point of the system is Rosen’s new RosenView VX combo unit, a world-wide moving map, region free DVD player and audio video switching system in one small unit.

Eugene, OR, January 2, 2008 – Rosen Aviation, LLC has inked an agreement with AeroTecs NV of Belgium for representation of its in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems to European OEMs and completion centers.

Rosen Aviation in-flight entertainment systems selected for the Citation XLS+

Eugene, OR, September 24, 2007 – The RosenView LX moving map and passenger information system, briefing controller, and 10.4” bulkhead display has been selected by Cessna Aircraft Company, a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company as standard equipment for the Citation XLS+.

The RosenView LX features world-wide mapping, satellite imagery, graphic detail maps, and street-level detail for the U.S. and Western Europe. Also featured on the LX is a passenger information system, which provides cabin briefings to passengers for various stages of flight. When combined with the briefing controller, pilots can select various briefings from the cockpit to inform passengers of safety information. To complement the RosenView LX system, Cessna has selected the Rosen 10.4” display for bulkhead mounting.

Eugene, OR, September 24, 2007 – Rosen Aviation has been selected by Piaggio America as the preferred choice when specifying an optional in-flight entertainment system for the Piaggio P.180 Avanti II aircraft.

At the center of the entertainment system is Rosen’s new RosenView VX combo unit, a world-wide moving map, region-free DVD player, and audio/video switching system contained in one small rugged unit. With the RosenView VX, users can select the moving map system, watch a DVD, listen to MP3s, or plug in their favorite hand-held audio/video device for their viewing and audio pleasure. Eugene, OR, September 4, 2007 – Rosen Aviation establishes technology partnership with Heads Up Technologies, manufacturer of certified receivers for XM® Satellite Radio weather and audio services. This partnership provides XM WX Satellite Weather capability to Rosen’s new RosenView LXM moving map and passenger briefing system.

The Rosen DVD single-disc player is both rugged and reliable. As a complement to the Rosen integrated system or as a stand-alone unit, the Rosen DVD player provides installation flexibility with horizontal, vertical, and side installation orientations. Operating on 28 volts DC, the Rosen DVD player accepts DVDs localized from all regions and supports DVD/DVD R-, CD/MP3, CD-R/CD-RW, and VCD formats.
