We are an established, growing member of the aviation industry, and are seeking an experienced operations executive to lead our Demand Fulfillment process. As one of our leaders you will foster our mission-driven, self-directed culture, help define and maintain our operating framework, and contextualize objectives for your teammates.

Position Summary:
In this capacity you will lead a team that produces FAA-compliant machined components and electronic assemblies installed in aircraft cabins. You and your team will be accountable for product quality, on-time delivery performance, and compliance with all customer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Critical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant operational experience

Test Engineer
Rosen Aviation is looking for a key player to help grow our business in support of our current product offerings and development of new key technologies. The right individual will work with the design engineering group and customers to ensure products meet requirements by providing testability guidance and conducting verification, validation, and certification tests with minimal supervision.
Position Summary:
Works with the design engineering group and customers to ensure products meet regulations such as DO-160, DO-313, and Flammability requirements for aircraft qualification.
Desired Results:
- Performs, coordinates, and supports confidence and certification testing, both in-house and/or at external test laboratories (periodic travel required to external test laboratories)
- Writes and maintains all compliance documentation, including test plans/reports, materials flammability analysis, and similarity assessments
- Monitors and evaluates product design and performance through software verification and product validation testing
- Works with customers/FAA to assess and document product compliance with respect to applicable FAA certification standards and regulations, such as DO-160 Qualification, DO-313 Glass in the Cabin, and FAR 25.853(a) Flammability
- Supports efforts in defining test strategy and tasks, estimating work, and monitoring progress
- Test equipment is properly planned, maintained, and controlled
- Support future certification efforts to ISO/IEC 17025 standards
- Works with engineering and customers to align design efforts with certification standards and define confidence, verification, and validation testing requirements within the scope of product requirements and project schedule
Required Qualifications and Critical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 4 years of related engineering experience, including experience with software verification testing and hardware/product level testing
- Excellent and concise technical writing and oral communication skills
- Ability to organize efforts across multiple interfacing groups to complete tasks

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Visio
