Position Summary:

Evaluates and repairs customer returned material.  Ensures conformance to all internal, regulatory and customer requirements in the repair and servicing of customer returned materials.

Desired Results:

  • Performs failure analysis on returned products
  • Inspects, tests, modifies and repairs customer returns
  • Rejects nonconforming material
  • Completes documentation for product returns

Required Qualifications and Critical Skills:

  • Associate’s degree in relevant field plus 3 years of electronics experience as a technician in a relevant field
  • Strong experience in PCB/circuit board analysis & troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and understand wiring and circuitry schematics
  • Ability to use small hand tools and measuring devices (i.e. torque drives, calipers, arbor press, multimeter)
  • Ability to solder and de-solder components on printed circuit boards
  • Knowledge of video formats and functional testing
  • Ability to recognize all colors in a normal spectrum – requires passing a color perception & near vision test
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail, excellent data entry and record keeping accuracy
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate clearly & effectively with all levels of personnel across all processes
  • Ability to read, write and understand the English language

Position Summary:

Performs production activities and routine operations using CNC or manual machines.  May provide manufacturing expertise to support product design and realization.

Desired Results:

  • Operate CNC or manual machines to produce parts meeting all drawing requirements
  • Monitor CNC parameters to ensure all parts produced are dimensionally correct
  • Maintain and clean CNC and manual machines, including under and inside machines

Desired Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-3 years CNC machinist experience
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
  • Knowledge of proper use of hand tools, micrometers, calipers, gauges and indicators
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
  • A positive outlook, energetic disposition, willingness to accept change and a desire to continually improve
  • 1 year setup experience
  • Vocational/Technical training certificate or Associate’s degree
  • Basic knowledge of “G” and “M” code and program editing

Physical, Ergonomic and Environmental Considerations

  • Primarily works in a factory environment with constant exposure to noise, chemicals and machinery
  • Constantly operates and positions self to maintain and clean CNC and manual machines, including under and inside the machines
  • Occasionally operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
  • Occasionally exposed to hazardous chemicals
  • Frequently moves materials and parts weighing up to 75 pounds across machine shop floor
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

Position Summary:

Responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific product development projects that ensures consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

In this capacity you will be accountable for supporting the Sr. System Architect to comply with customer requirements, deliverables, and timeline achievement. You will lead a team of assigned project personnel internal to the company, and a group of external partners/suppliers working collectively to develop aircraft cabin systems and its associated peripheral devices. Position Summary:

This position provides administrative support for the repair station and other areas. This position will perform typical administrative assistant duties for the organization (such as answering phones, delivering mail and performing routine office tasks) and will coordinate activities for the repair station (including customer communication, returned product management, updating process documentation and repair records and invoicing). The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to function as a team member to other staff. Professionalism, strong communication skills, a pleasant demeanor and the ability to deal with a diverse group of colleagues and clients in person, on the phone, and through email are imperative to the position.

Desired Results:

  • Receive customer returned product
  • Communicate (primarily via phone and e-mail) with customers on a daily basis to answer questions, authorize returns, provide updates, distribute quotes, re-negotiate ship dates, provide shipment tracking numbers, etc.
  • Document customer information in on-line repair application
  • Perform invoicing
  • Set repair priorities for technicians
  • Review and update metrics related to Repair Station performance
  • Administers the document control and training matrix for the repair station
  • Act as a receptionist; answer telephones, take messages, and direct calls
  • Perform routine office clerical duties, including travel arrangements, distributing mail, filing, photocopying
  • Accurately compile data, identify anomalies and provide the information and insights in a user-friendly format
  • Create, modify and edit Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
  • Day to day administrative support for the team

Required Qualifications and Critical Skills:

  • High school diploma
  • 3 years of experience in an office environment
  • 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly & effectively with all levels of personnel across all processes
  • A positive outlook, energetic disposition, willingness to accept change and a desire to continually improve

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in warranty/returns
  • FAA regulatory knowledge

  • Primarily works in an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time, frequently operating a computer and other office machinery
