Founded in 2002, Rosen designs and manufactures a variety of products used in the cabins of business and commercial jets.  Headquartered in beautiful Eugene, Oregon, we serve such recognizable industry titans as Gulfstream, Textron, Aerion, Dassault, and Bombardier.

Position Summary:

Specifies, designs and implements software as part of the Software Team in support of Rosen products.  Responsible for successful implementation and control of all aspects of the software life cycle.  Provides sustaining support for released products.

  • Develop and support Software Tools to support Manufacturing and Repair Station
  • Tool and library deployment to Linux and Windows PCs

Required Qualifications and Critical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering
  • 1+ years of software testing experience
  • Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and environments, including Python, C#, Bash
  • Linux command line experience
  • Experience with various communications busses (I2C, SPI, RS-232, RS-485)
  • Experience reading circuit diagrams
  • Experience with source control tools and electronic test equipment
  • Rudimentary understanding of network configuration
  • Knowledge of unit, functional, site acceptance and regression testing

Desired Qualification:

  • Automated test development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with control of audio and video systems
  • Familiarity with industry test standards such as RTCA DO-160, UL and MIL test specifications
  • Web and HTTP development experience
  • Relational and non-relational database experience
