Rosen’s mission is, simply, “Advocacy,” which forms the basis for the way we’re organized, the way we think and the way we behave. Our common purpose is to serve the interests of our customers, teammates, community and environment. Our results are measured through their collective success.
Success requires not only a deep understanding of our stakeholders’ needs, but also the ability to advocate for their sometimes-competing interests – and this requires trust.
To gain customer trust we:
- Seek to understand perceived needs through persistent collaboration
- Probe deeply to understand the end-goal, and the problem to be solved
- Challenge proposed solutions that don’t elevate the experience
- Provide new solutions not previously considered
- Deploy attentive support throughout the process
The more we learn, the better we serve, and customers entrusting Rosen to solve their problems experience advocacy unlike anything they’ve ever imagined.
“The AS2’s cabin will combine traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technologies... We look forward to collaborating with Rosen to create a truly immersive and intuitive cabin environment that delivers previously unseen levels of passenger-technology interface.”
Rosen is one of our preferred partners not only for their great products, but their customer service is second to none. If I have a technical question, I know that Joe Bazan will answer the phone and know the answer right away. The products that Rosen brings to market definitely include feedback from dealers/installers and users, which is how the MIP came to being.
When we won an important contract we needed a partner who was interactive, responsive and Innovative to work with. Rosen not only met but exceeded expectations.
Rosen Aviation believes that lean operations benefit everyone. Our suppliers, our employees, our communities and, most of all, you – our customer. At each stage and step of Rosen’s process, our dedication to efficiency and constant improvement means we get better every single day.
